We stayed at camping Borda Bisaltico with a great view over the surrounding mountains and the valley towards Hecho which was 7 km. away. Such a great place, but almost the place for ourselves. The bathroom building was huge so we knew what to expect when high season has started.

From our hiking guide we picked a tour and drove to the trailhead 10 km. further into the valley where the road makes place for hiking trails. Today we wanted to climb 2104 meter high Punta o Rincon which marks the border with France. Weather forecast said it was going to rain late afternoon so we started on time and once we got back to the car at 15:00 it started to rain indeed. We drove back to Hecho to visit the supermercado, but forgot about the siesta…we did not want to wait almost 2 hours so ate just plain noodles with sauce for dinner while a couple of vultures flew over the camping.
